  3. Provide us as much information as possible as to the request for refund/return and our team will work with you to arrange a remedy
  4. If approved for return we will advise the best manner to arrange the return of the item.
  5. The wearer of the shipping costs will be dependant on the liability for the refund. Sweet Tropical Fruits Company will wear the cost for the shipping if it deems to be responsible for the return.
  6. The customer is to only send back the item/package once approved by the customer service team. 
  7. Our customer service team will indicate the best way to send this dependant on the size and weight of the package.
